Chicken Leftover Casserole

Have you wondered what to do with your leftover chicken? I suggest you make it into a chicken casserole. With minimal and cheaper add-ons, you will have a surprisingly tasty dish. Here's how to do it.
4 qt. casserole
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 med. onions, sliced
1 can peas, drained
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with milk
Leftover chicken (or turkey)

In casserole, place a layer of potatoes and layer of onion slices. Sprinkle some of the peas over the layer. Next, add pieces of chicken. Continue this until casserole is 3/4 full. Pour over the layers the mushroom soup. Place in a preheated oven (350 degrees) until the potatoes are tender. Serves 4 to 6.

Mexican Food

Do you love Mexican food? I was not actually a fan of Mexican food. But for a change, we decided to visit that Mexican restaurant in Winston-Salem North Carolina. The restaurant is called El Torero. The place is not actually that pleasing inside. but the warmth waiters compensated for it. Besides, the food was fantastic. My grilled steak turned out better than I expected. The meat was sliced so thin that it absorved the flavor and tasted so heavenly. I am now a mexican food lover. Just look at my photos.
