Have you wondered what to do with your leftover chicken? I suggest you make it into a chicken casserole. With minimal and cheaper add-ons, you will have a surprisingly tasty dish. Here's how to do it.
4 qt.
casserole
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 med. onions, sliced
1 can peas, drained
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with milk
Leftover chicken (or turkey)

In casserole, place a layer of
potatoes and layer of onion slices. Sprinkle some of the peas over the layer.
Next, add pieces of chicken. Continue this until casserole is 3/4 full. Pour
over the layers the mushroom soup. Place in a preheated oven (350 degrees) until
the potatoes are tender. Serves 4 to 6.
